Our mission
Serve, attend and accompany the process of improvement, maintenance, and learning of the Physical Condition, for any person who is interested in receiving information, training and assistance, to restore their physical capacities: strength, cardio-respiratory resistance, flexibility, coordination, balance , agility, and all those aspects that make up the Physical Condition, with the purpose of acquiring an optimal condition, style and education to function autonomously in their lives, as part of their social, work and human environment.
