Our plans and Services
All our service is personal, and individual; Our teacher will be with you at all times, directing, managing the exercise and accompanying you in safety and comfort, all this at your home, farm, condominium or suitable place of your choice. (You do not need equipment, we have all the necessary equipment) and biosecurity protocol for covid - 19
We have (3) three plans:
1. Single. A single person in the exercise session.
2. COUPLES Plan: Enjoy the day of exercises, with the person you want, however you want, with or without challenges, or just your company and support. We serve Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the time you choose... remember it's a 75-minute session, no less, but maybe something more!.... Welcome! ONLINE TRAINING: You only need a cell phone and internet connection, use an application like WhatsApp or google meet, and that's it, from the comfort and safety of your home.
